When
the Graphic Artists
Guild recently decided to turn the adrenaline meter for
the 11th Edition of their Handbook up to "Holy Mackerel!"...
guess who they thought of to do the cover art?? Thomas Kinkade,
of course! Just kiddingggg... actually, they thought of Lou!
"Most
creative people have to simultaneously live in
the happy world of art and the scary world of business,"
sez Lou. "The idea hit me faster than a Minnesota art director
trying to get to his car in January... hey, that ol' upside
down face thingy!"
One
thing led to another, and pretty soon Lou was going nuts on
the back cover as well, creating a gameboard
wheel we can certainly all relate to.
"Round
and round she goes," Lou adds. "Just like life."
